Memo:
From: Manager's office
To: all employees
Hello, this is Marlon, your manager. I'm writing this memo because i want you to know the problem that just happened recently with some emails and I don't want it to be repeated.
I tried to send an email to Daniel, saying that I needed a very important report to be developed yesterday, but it never happened. Apparently Daniel had changed his email last week because he forgot his password. Afortunatly he has the necesary info to do it, and he did it again quickly.
Now I need you to report me any change of your information like: new email, new adress, new pone number, etc. So it can be updated and that way avoid problems like these.
Thank you for your attention. Keep working.
