A: It's fine, i just need to see your receipt please.
B: Yes, here it is.
A: Okay, now just need to pick one of our Blue Rays and pay the difference.
B: Fine! Thanks.
Task 8 - Writing: You are a customer service representative processing a return. Use the conversation from Task 7 to fill out a return form. Talk about:
- The make and model number of the ítem.
- Wheter the customer has the receipt.
- Why the customer was not satisfied with the purchase.
